    I started last Thursday but just posting now. Hoping to curb my cravings, increase energy and fix some digestive issues. So far things have been going well. I was sort of following Keto previously as my husband is on that diet. I felt really deprived without fruit though and really just did t feel great. Switching over to whole30 hasn’t been to bad so far. Biggest issue is cooking without cheese as that is in about every meal for my husband. I think that may have been the culprit for my digestive issues so I’m excited to see how my body is effected without it.
