    What are you making for Easter?

    We are going totally non traditional this year. Not just for me and my whole 30 but also some other dietary restrictions! We are having grilled meat probably steak and chicken, baked potatoes and asparagus. I think if you want to stick with a fancy compliant protein a crown rib roast would be amazing!
  2. I’m confused about what level of exercise requires an extra mini meal? I am really trying to cut down on snacking but I feel like that unavoidable if you add the pre and post mini meals. Also any guidelines of intensity of exercise? thanks
