  1. Hi there! I was planning on reintroducing with a week in between each food item instead of only 2 days. I know that isnt a problem...but I was going to do it in the below order. Is that ok? or do I have to go in the order the book suggests? Book Suggests: Wine Legumes Gluten Free Grains Dairy Grains with Gluten I Want To Do: Wine Grains w/Gluten Dairy Gluten Free Grains Legumes Let me know if that is ok! Thanks! Andy

    I accidentally Chewed Gum Yesterday!

    Thanks so much! I appreciate it. I will keep going for now and decide on Day 30 how I feel. You are right! It does have sweetener in it. Which makes it even worse! Boo. But anyway...thank you for the pointers!
  3. Guys!!!! I’m so sad. I don’t know what I was thinking! I went to a baseball game yesterday and said no to hotdogs, popcorn, beer, lemonade... EVERYTHING! But when someone offered me a piece of gum, I blindly said yes. I don’t know what I was thinking! My question is... how bad is it? Is it a long shot for me to still see results? Or do I have to start over? It was Sugar Free. Only thing on the ingredients list that was not compliant was soy lecithin. I’m on day 6 of Whole30 and on week 4 of no alcohol. Please give me y’alls opinion on this. It’s my first whole 30 and really wanted to see it all the way through. #perfectionist

    Big Tree Farms Organic CoCo Aminos

    Ingredient says Certified Organic Fair Traid Coconut Blossum NECTAR, water, Balinese sea salt. I’m getting hung up on the word “nectar”. I read somewhere that it is fine. But wanted to triple check! PS: Nutrition Facts say 2G of sugar PSS: Finishing Day two... headache is going strong!!! Hanging in there though!
