Greetings....instead of Girl Scout cookies (I remember selling those MANY years ago) how about having a few Lara bars handy. They are compliant (read the ingredients to be sure) and satisfy my occasional desire for something sweet. I cut the bar into about 4-5 pieces and eat one at a time, savoring each one, and limit myself to just 1 or 2, telling myself the rest will be there (in the refrigerator) if I want more, but that’s enough for now.
