  1. This is the absolute best Whole30 recipe I have made.  I'm 12 days in and was really craving comfort food.  I didn't even make it exactly as the recipe stated - I reduced the amount of potatoes and added some Trader Joe's frozen mixed mushrooms (with olive oil and garlic).  Made it even easier by using the Trader Joe's Mirepoix mix (prechopped onion, celery and carrot).  Soooo yummy!  You are welcome!

  2. I am currently using Hazelnut Nutpods.  I have to use a lot to get it to a remotely creamy consistency, but the flavor is good.  I do not like coconut flavor in my coffee, so the Better Half stuff was not good for me.  Prior to starting Whole30 (I'm 10 days in), I put heavy cream in my coffee, no sugar.  Needless to say, it is what I miss and crave the most!


  3. I receive frozen smoothies from Daily Harvest.  Most are Whole 30 compliant, as they are just chopped vegetables, fruit and nuts.   However, one contains something called "hemp heart protein."  Is this allowed on Whole 30?  Thank you for any feedback!
