  1. Hello, I'm 35 and was looking for a good guide for an elimination diet, and whole 30 was suggested, so here I am. About 6 years ago, I cut out processed food except for pasta, and ALL HFCS. The only canned food I eat is soy free tuna and sardines. About 2 years ago, I started the DASH diet. Stayed on it for a long time with no results, but I always felt like it had way too much grain for me. So, last year I switched to Keto for several months, but got lazy and just stuck with low carb. I've been low carb since last October, and soy free for the last 2 months. And I still haven't seen or felt any changes. I feel like the additional food removals won't be super hard for me, because I already have a pretty limited diet, but I'm hoping this last nudge is what my body needs. I'm tired of inflammation and pain. I'm tired of allergies that can't be pinpointed. I'm tired of weight issues. I'm tired of being tired. I'll continue reading and learning, and make my meal plan and shop tomorrow. Should be able to start Wednesday I'm thinking. Praying for my journey and yours.
