  1. I was scrolling thru data on my Fitbit the other day and I noticed that my average resting heart rate prior to doing the Whole 30 was 72-73. After the Whole 30 it is consistently 62-63. I am so curious as to why this is? Perhaps, less sugar? Does anyone have any ideas as to why? I did Whole30 beginning on July 9th and I am still basically eating that way with just a few splurges here and there. It changed my life so dramatically that I can't see ever eating any other way. I am curious to have some blood work done though and see what my cholesterol and triglyceride numbers are.
  2. Hi Laura, I am 55 and I have been going thru menopause for 5 years. My hot flashes were miserable; sometimes every 30 minutes for 24 hours. Anyway, I started Whole30 on July 9 and am still doing it because everything lessoned. I still have the hot flashes but the intensity and duration and frequency have all lessoned. Good luck to you!
