  1. Hello! I’ve read the book Whole30, twice, printed all of the PDFs and today, readied my kitchen. Between tomorrow and the 13th, I will re-read the book again, visit the supermarket and pray for 30 days of strength. I’m very interested to see if I can better my health, my energy levels and get better sleep at night by doing Whole30. If I’m able to lose some weight, then it’s a win-win!
