  1. You are very inspiring. I am 2 days behind you. My 20+ hot-flashes a day are down to 1 or 2, and the reason I was trying this experiment in the first place. But today.....I want a cookie! I don't eat a lot of sweets but I'm not 'satisfied' I'm looking for that bit of ahhhh after dinner. Any suggestions? Mindy from Oregon
