  1. Hi all! This is my 2nd whole 30 journey. Doing it every six months to cut back on inflammation due to autoimmune issues. I'm 15 days in, and I had a few bites of bacon from a restaurant someone offered me (after I decided not to order anything and eat later) a day ago, and noticed my stomach feeling a bit icky after, so I stopped. Then I started thinking, "oh drats, what if that bacon was cooked in processed oils? What if it had a sugar rub?" And started wondering if I needed to start all over. Granted, it was literally only 2 tiny bites, does that really make a difference? Or am I obsessing too much? Appreciate any feedback.
