  1. I've finished my Whole30 and want to add dairy back first. I've been using a prenatal that'd Whole30 approved (trying to get pregnant in about 5 months) but I prefer a gummy vitamin from Smartie Pants. When you reintroduce something, should I be concerned about the sugar in the MV? There's less than 4g BUT they are dairy, soy, egg, & gluten free. I was planning on doing Dairy first but know that sugar alone typically isn't a HUGE problem unless it's with something else. Might need help from a moderator. TIA!!

  3. Hi, I'm new to Whole 30 and will be starting on this next week. Still working on my "date" stage. I'm really working to see what my options would be for breakfast. I currently take a protein shake to work for breakfast. Looking forward to starting but long message for one big question....if I do a gluten and dairy free egg cup (veggies, egg which are baked) will this be compliant? If anyone has done this, how do u guys reheat them after they've been made? Do you think these are compliant or useful? TIA Kristina
