  2. Im new to this and trying to follow the guide on meal planning. Are we adding protein, veggies, fruit, fat and nuts to every meal we eat? Assuming that nuts, fats and oil and butters are all fats. Need to know how to plan my meals. Also for preworkout do we need carbs or just veggies and protein?

    I have to go to a work dinner and we are going to pappadeaux. What is the safest thing to eat on the menu? im not sure what all ingredients are in the fish plates etc so not sure if its safest to get a salad? but then what dressing? Also not sure what ingredients they put on the chicken. Im new to this and dont want to ruin it. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!
