    Reintroduction

    I have started reintroduction and I am not reacting well to any of it so far, legumes and non gluten grains. Should I stop and continue with the Whole30 for another few weeks before trying dairy and gluten?

    Taking awhile to eat

    I know I must be out of whack hormonaly, I am following the whole30 day 3, I really do not want to eat breakfast or lunch, however I am making a proper meal for both but it is taking me an hour to eat it. Is that ok for now and I can work on eating faster? How long should I be taking to eat the meals? Thank you.

    Can I have cinnamon hibiscus herbal tea? It has cinnamon, hibiscus, chamomile, roasted chicory root, orange peels, and roasted carob

    Organic Superfood Protein

    I have been using yoursuper nutrient mixes and would like to continue the skinny protein while doing the whole30. It is 100% plant based, no gluten, non gmo, and the ingredients all organic are: pea protein, hemp protein, moringa, spirulina, and alfalfa. I use in my smoothie of spinach, avacodo, blueberries, 1/2 banana, and coconut water, once daily for breakfast on T-W-TH the mornings I have to be at work by 5am. I eat eggs on the other mornings. Can I continue this while doing yhe whole30?
