I had a few sips of Synergy Kombucha because there was no sugar included in the ingredients. But now that I'm looking at the Nutrition Facts, it says it contains a total of 12 grams of sugar! I've seen on other blogs that Synergy Kombucha is Whole30 approved, but now I'm not feeling confident...

I'm glad you are noticing quite a few NSVs. A gentle reminder that the program is 30 days, you may not experience your best days until the end. Tiger blood is different for everyone. If you work out regularly, you definitely have a much better chance at it. Hang in there, you can do this!

I have been 100% compliant for 18 days. While I have noticed a few Physical (Outside) NSVs (leaner appearance, flatter stomach, clothes fitting better, watch fitting better), I feel like I'm not noticing many changes in Physical (Inside), Mood, Emotion and Psychology, Brain Function, Sleep, etc. NSVs. I am also not yet feeling the Tiger Blood I was expecting, and have heard from so many people that this is "so real." I was a moderately healthy eater and moderately active before starting Whole30, and I noticed the book said that if this was the case, most people felt almost a flipped switch on Day 16 to Tiger Blood. Of course, every body is different but I was expecting to feel much better than my usual self starting this week.
I definitely feel as though I'm eating enough/not too much - hard boiled eggs and fruit and maybe some dinner leftovers (if any) or half an avocado for breakfast, 1 serving of a recipe from the Whole30 book for lunch (including the "Make It A Meal" option), and 1 serving of a dinner recipe from the book (again, including the "Make It A Meal" option). I am eating until I am full and satiated, and am full for 4-5 hours after each meal, and not snacking at all. What am I doing wrong??

Hmm. Do you normally consume coconut milk? Hot sauce? Either one of those could possibly cause a slight reaction. Some folks don't do well with nuts, so the almond milk could affect you. If it doesn't stop soon, I'd stop the almond milk and see if that does it.

I don't think he's probably eating enough, especially considering his line of work. Eggs when they are the sole source of protein in a meal are as many as you can hold in one hand without dropping... somehow I figure he can hold more than 2 and the amount of veggies in an egg muffin is going to be negligible... we recommend 2-3 cups of veggies per meal. He also has no fat with breakfast the way you've written it.
I suspect the lettuce wraps are also not enough and I would suggest eating more veggies and fat.
Dinner doesn't sound like it has fat either.
Remember, portions are based on each person's metric so a palm of protein for him is maybe bigger than a palm of protein for you... if he's working very hard during the day, much like a workout, we would also recommend he probably throw a fourth meal or two mini meals in there somewhere - he shouldn't be a zombie....

"Whole30 compliant" and "delicious" aren't mutually exclusive.
Now, if buffalo wings have always been a food without brakes for you, then the recipe may well be SWYPO. But SWYPO is a very personal and subjective thing.
