  1. Is it pretty typical to choose a Paleo lifestyle after Whole30? I am an all-or-nothing type of person, so I know I will need to implement some sort of guidelines. I have finished Whole30 and am in the Reintroduction phase currently.
  2. Just finished my January Whole30, and saw awesome results -- feel great, no cravings, and lost 10lbs! I am in the reintroduction phase, and yesterday was non-gluten grain. I chose organic popcorn, which I popped on the stove in coconut oil (no salt). My face feels like a balloon today - almost like an allergic reaction. Has anyone else experienced this type of reaction? (I was eating popcorn pretty frequently before Whole30.) And does this mean I may have an adverse effect to corn products as well?
