I can't add anything except that I have exactly the same question! I haven't read Food Freedom Forever yet, though I plan to once I start re-introduction in a few weeks. My current plan is to keep prepping Whole30-style meals -- it really has made a side dish of veggies, a protein, and a dash of healthy fat a pretty automatic thing for me.  My rule with snacks, in most cases, will be "if I still want it in an hour, I will have it." (This saved me one time when I was craving gummy candy at the mall and about to slip out of my W30 for it.)

Pretty proud of this one  I've made this recipe many times but tonight's was my favorite. I used a combination of ground beef & sausage for this one and always skip the green beans, otherwise it's pretty true to the recipe!

You can really add pretty much anything to a homemade mayo. Just add it and blend again. Done.
For a Caesar salad dressing, this is what I would do:
Make your own homemade mayo, the usual way.
Add a little bit more oil afterwards (you don't want it as thick as a mayo), one garlic clove, 2-3 anchovies, and a teaspoon of mustard (I prefer Dijon, but you can use whatever you like or have at han). Also add salt, pepper & lemon juice to taste.
    And blend again.

Hi, welcome to the whole30 community! I hope/think you will find what you're looking for with the program. When is your start date? I'm doing my second whole30 round right now (first was October last year), and find the online forum/community so helpful. I also loved reading "It Starts With Food" during my first round. It made sense of the program and reinforced why I was doing it.
    Best wishes!
