Been experimenting with different diet plans most of my adult life. I was always a heavy child/teenager, which changed a year or so after having my, now 13-yr old daughter. I lost around 90lbs over the course of a year and was the smallest I have ever been and have been doing a pretty good job maintaining that weight over the last 13 years.
I have been struggling the past year or two with digestive issues and I hope that I can pinpoint the foods that I am struggling with and heal my gut! I feel fortunate I am already pretty close to eating this way I have much of the basics on hand. I just will be eliminating legumes, added sugar, the suggested additives, and dairy from my diet! Looking forward to slaying a sugar dragon, heeling a leaky gut, and hoping to lose a little weight in the process.
