  1. When I did Whole30 last time I did it to kick my GERD (Heartburn/Reflux) and by day 10 it was gone. Now I’m on day 13 and it’s worse than when I started. A couple differences; I’m breastfeeding and 9 weeks postpartum. I took digestive enzymes before each big meal when pregnant and it was controlled early on and of course flared up last few months. Then I did a meal train for a month and a half with super rich foods hence the reset. I’d love to hear from people who have struggled with this irritating condition (I’ve had GERD since college; genetics). Thank you!!!
