  1. Today is my first day! I shop for myself (I don't have kiddos). But my mom & boyfriend are used to me cooking & eating differently from them. I have been gradually getting approved sauces & spices so its not sooooo overwhelming. I am thinking one day at a time. I'm not a big food prepper but I figure if I at least have the protein precooked & have frozen veggies, fruits, olive & avocado oil for cooking I'm setting myself up for success.
  2. Today is my first day too. First time ever doing Whole30. I'm sticking to the basics. I have my proteins pre cooked, frozen veggies on hand & olive oil for the first week. I'm in the process of moving so I need simplicity. I can't put it off any later because if I do it will be just another excuse.

  6. So I will be starting the Whole30 September group. It seems the more I read, the more confused I get. What’s the most simple way to start? Has anyone used the meal planning company suggested by Whole30. Suggestions please.
