  1. Just about to start the Whole30 program. I do not eat meat or eggs. I see that peas are now allowed and am wondering if protein powder based on pea protein is permissible. I am concerned about the amount of protein I will be getting. Also, I know that smoothies are off-limits. Is a glass of almond milk off limits, too?

  3. Hello. I am brand new to Whole30 and am frankly, kind of worried about getting enough protein. I am a pescatarian, but I eat no eggs. I can't imagine eating fish three times a day for thirty days. Can someone give me some guidance here? Can I have a wee bit of greek yogurt? Thank you all! I am very excited about this!
