I saw a post a while back that it might be ok, but I'd love to know if it's REALLY ok And what other solutions to constipation you'd suggest? I'm eating a TON of vegetables and typically need Miralax but haven't had it on the program because I want to be SUPER strict. I saw a suggestion for 500 mg of Magnesium Citrate - is that a pill or the liquid? Thanks for any advice you have!
