  1. Today is day 15 on my whole30. I have been eating by the book and working out 4-5 times a week (the usual for me). I have not gone off track or eaten anything that could cause me inflammation (I'm also off eggs and tomatoes because they cause me pain and inflammation) but this morning I woke up extremely stiff in my joints and with overall flu-like body pain and I do not have the flu or any other symptoms. Has anyone experienced this? Any feedback or advice, please? Thanks.
