  1. Hi! I’m a SAHM of three, homeschool teacher, avid health nut and I need a reset. My sugar addiction and need for “dessert” options throughout the day is out of control. I’m starting my first whole30 to stop the inertia of these bad habits in their tracks. Also I have FAI hip impingement and it has made me acutely aware of how inflammation affects my body. In the hope of discovering more about how things like and dairy, sugar and grains may be affecting this I’m commuting to this process today.
