  1. Thank you all for your advice and encouragement! I unfortunately did weigh this morning before seeing the replies (forum is hard to navigate) and I’m sad with the number. I’m giving myself the day to be “sad” about it, but not turning to food. Pre w30 i was a big time emotional eater so I’m focusing on not resorting to that habit! I love the advice of just tossing the scale out. I think that’s the move for me here.. I’m done with weighing for now! It’s time to sit down with that list and write out my NSVs. Thank you all again!
  2. I’m finishing my first round of W30 tomorrow and I’m so worried about weighing! I typically look at the scale daily, but I followed the rule of not checking & even had my husband hide it from me. I started the program because of my “hanger” and digestive issues and honesty my life has changed, but I also hoped to lose about 10 lbs. I’m terrified I won’t see a good number and I wondered if this is normal.
