  1. I'm on day 18 and having non stop sugar cravings. Im eating by the book and drinking 80-100 oz water a day. Not sure what im doing wrong? Sample day: 2 eggs, 2 cups spinach, grape tomatoes and 5-6 small roasted potatoes in olive oil. Cup of coffee with nutpot creamer. Lettuce wrap with 2 slices applegate farm turkey, 1/2 avocado, tomatoes and mustard. Or a salad with avocado, olives, tomatoes, carrots, and a protein. Afternoon snack is usually apple slices with teaspoon of almond butter or hand full of walnuts with 5 dried apricots or ants on a log
