  1. Ok thank you. Yes, as I mentioned in my first post I’m doing a Vegan Whole30.
  2. @SugarcubeODthanks for the reply. In the book, in the vegan section, it states that we are able to use pseudo-cereals, such as quinoa & others, as a gluten-free protein source (pg 122-123)?
  3. Hi, I’m currently on Day 19 of my first vegan Whole30. I’m getting to that point where I’m a little bored of my meals now, so thought I would make some soup. I’m a little unclear whether brown rice flour or millet flour is ok to use as a thickener, since they are pseudo-cereals? Thanks.
  4. I’m about to try my first Whole30, but am feeling a little discouraged. I'm a vegetarian & am breastfeeding my 6mo son. My supply is fine, but I’m worried about it dropping, especially because of being a vegetarian. I’m not interested in reincorporating meat into my diet, have been reading the vegetarian forum to see tips for maintaining supply, but there doesn’t seem to be an breastfeeding mums on there. Anyone been in the same situation & kept their supply up? Thanks!
