  1. Hello I have been on Whole30 for a week as I have chronic idiopathic urticaria. I've been doing a lot of research and it looks like i should exclude nightshades. To be honest I had potatoes on 2 days and was itching, so it probably is the right way to go. I eat fish but haven't eaten meat for 20 years and I'm finding it harder since cutting nightshades. I'm also concerned that I may be deficient of important minerals/vitamins after 30 days. I struggle with what to eat. I love fruit so have that for breakfast some days and Ive eaten a lot of things with coconut milk/cream in. Has anyone e
