  1. I'm on Day 10 of my first Whole30. So far so good. I'm no longer craving sweets however I also don't have much of an appetite. I'm starting to find that every meal is a chore. I'm also starting to get a bit turned off by protein. I used to watch the clock to eat lunch at a reasonable time and now I have to force myself to eat. I'm hoping that finding some more creative recipes next week will help. I'm usually someone who loves cooking and eating so this is an odd feeling for me. Any advice?
