Hi all,
Feeling super naseaous and overall maligned since yesterday. This is my second round of whole 30 but its been about two years. FYI-- I drink about 96oz of water per day. Here is what I have ate the past three days (All items are compliant):
Day 1:
breakfast: three egg scramble with scallion, tomato, and two pork breakfast sausage + almond milk latte
*skipped lunch, wasn't hungry*
dinner: steak, potato, chard, english peas, and a big green salad
Day 2:
breakfast: bacon, tomato, scallion, onion, spinach frittata slice with Crystal hot sauce
