  1. Hello! And HELP! I am on day 9. I have had complete control over everything I’ve eaten and been 100% dedicated. I made an innocent mistake today. I ate a few bites of peas before my subconscious sent off the alarm bells saying, “ you better make sure those are the approved kind of peas!“ When I double-checked I saw that those few bites were of the wrong peas. I felt like either screaming or crying. Do I need to start over at day one?
