Hello, I am wondering if anyone has been able to stay on Whole 30 while backpacking the Appalachian Trail (2000 miles, 4-6 months, 10 hours a day) or Continental Divide or Pacific Crest Trail. While resupply options could be difficult I am mainly concerned if I would have the energy for such a long hike. Most people are eating snickers and sausage and cheese wraps. If anyone could give guidance on whether whole 30 would be sustainable for this period of time and exercise level I would appreciate it. If someone has done this and can let me know what they ate that would be extremely helpful.
