Looking forward to starting Whole30 tomorrow, Sept 1. Have developed an unhealthy relationship with food (comfort eating, mostly) since 2020 and before with significant weight gain. This will be my 4th Whole 30, first time I succeeded, second and third time I failed. This time I have a Whole30 Coach and will journal in the W30 Day by Day to reset. Wishing all fellow W30-ers success in September.
