  1. I have also been a vegetarian for 8 years. Initially, I was confused about the dos and don'ts of the vegetarian diet. Then my friend suggested some vegetarian recipes which were pretty and healthy. And it includes most of the items you add to your diet. Your diet plan looks good, but vegans try to use substitutes for dairy products.
  2. Hemp milk is good. Hemp milk has a thin, watery texture and a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. It's best used as a replacement for lighter milk like skim milk.
