While I’m not a huge believer in New Years resolutions, I decided to give my self two weeks to read up; educate and prepare myself to do the Whole 30 program: Ironically the start date happens to b Jan 1st-2022: I am excited for this journey of discovery and the health benefits that will follow. I am excited to have energy, and be in control of sugar rather then being controlled by it. This is the time, I am making the time and taking the time for myself because I am worth it! Start date - Jan 1st 2022! Health and happiness to you all on your journey!
