  1. Hi Everyone! Started my second Whole 30 yesterday (Jan 3). My husband and I did our first one in November 2021 and we both felt so much better - more energy, a little weight loss, and better digestion. We had planned to do it again post holidays so here we are. Excited to be a support to everyone here and to get some as well. :) We are eating this breakfast casserole this week: https://www.wellplated.com/whole30-breakfast-casserole/ Totally easy and delicious. We are pairing it with a large side salad and just add some Frank's Red Hot for a kick!
