Hello!
Just starting out on my first whole 30 and I am wondering if the Forever Nuts flavor from David's Teas is compliant. I have seen different responses and saw members say no to Davids tea but then a whole 30 manager say yes. I Just want to make sure I am doing it right!
This is what is listed on the websites ingredients:
Apple, Almond, Cinnamon, Beetroot, Artificial sweet roasted almond flavouring. The last ingredient is listed with slightly more detail than in the original post from 2018
Did you start a Whole 30 Queen? I did my first Whole 30 in 2017 and it changed my life in so many positive ways. Went from pre-diabetic to completely normal blood sugar, got off of blood pressure meds and my BP is lower now; lost 40 lbs; lifelong mild eczema gone; inflamed arthritic ankle improved that I can now run again; etc etc etc
I've maintained these gains for almost 5 years now..,
