  1. If I successfully complete W30 (currently R1D13) and reintroduce legumes with no problem and want to do a second round but due to genetically high cholesterol, wish to substitute 2 out of 3 meals a day vegetarian, is it ok to combine/do the original W30 + beans or do I have to commit to one or the other: the original or plant based? I don’t want to do something pointlessly. Already planning for round 2!!!
