  1. Hey all! I messed up. I didn't make a hard decision as to how I was going to do reintros and now I'm on day 15 post-W30 and in limbo. Since then I have continued to eat Whole 30 but eating non-Whole 30 for special occasions (there have been 3 during that time). (Originally I thought I was going to do a Slow Roll but it's not structured enough for me. I need something more concrete.) I thought about doing the 10-day Reintro plan however I won't be able to finish it by Thanksgiving (and I really don't want the stress of making my own food for that day.) Do I need to start another Whole 30? How s
  2. Hey all! I'm REALLY leaning toward the Whole30 Slow Roll. I've done several rounds of AIP before and knew the effects of certain foods on my body even before I did the Whole30. I'm totally ok with not introducing the problematic foods backs into my daily diet. However, I want to know what Food Freedom is, especially for special occasions. My question on the Slow Roll reintro phase is this: Can I only eat certain foods from one off-limit food group that day? (So I guess that would leave desserts out, right? Considering there's sugar, wheat, gluten, dairy and on and on.) Or is it ok to eat from
  3. Hey everyone! I can't wait to make the shrimp and grits recipe in the Quick Start Guide but all the frozen shrimp I've seen either has Sodium Bisulfite (which I saw is out) and/or Sodium Tripolyphosphate. Is Sodium Tripolyphosphate allowed? It says "(to retain moisture)" on the package. Thanks!
