Hello! I am super excited to start my Whole 30 journey after 2 years. I was quite successful with whole 30 when I did this for few times before. I lost my motivation and stress caught me up, I have too many hormonal problems and type 2 diabetes now linked to obesity. I want to restart and focus on my health both mentally and physically and ofcourse my appearance too and feel great!
