  1. Has anyone made the recent recipe 'Whole30 Burger Bowl with Special Sauce' that had been emailed out about a week or so ago? If so, I have a question about the "cheese" sauce. The recipe states that it is best served warm. I want to know if any left over "cheese" sauce can be reheated for leftovers afterwards. Thanks!
  2. I came across a luscious Whole30 salad recipe that uses an Elderberry vinaigrette. I thought that there was a recipe for the vinaigrette but saw that it was actually a bottled dressing by Whole30. I then learned that there were other Whole30 bottled dressings but can't find where to buy them. Does anyone know anything about these bottled dressings. Unfortunately, Primal Kitchens doesn't offer a similar vinaigrette. Thanks!
  3. Is the 7-Day Meal Plan and the daily instructions available for download and printing? So far, I can't seem to find it. Yes, I could make a copy of the page from the book but it is awkward to get the book page flat enough to do so. Thanks.
  4. Thank you, Shannon, then it is okay to have a number of just yolks to add in a meal, that is good to know. As far as separating the whites from the yolk before frying, you still have whites leftover that will need to be peeled off. Yeah, I tried that too but it was a mess afterwards, it is much easier to keep all the whites and then peel the cooked whites off of the yolk as they tend to come off in full pieces. I was just concerned that I would be limited by how many yolks I could have in this plan. By the way, is there a printable 7-Da7 Meal Plan and the daily instructions available to download and print? Thanks, Deborah
  5. I am just starting Whole30, but I need some help with breakfast. I have never been much of a breakfast eater, would only do something liquid & then eat some solids later in the morning. Many times when I even think of making something for a breakfast, the thought of solids would just 'turn' my stomach. This has come from many years of eating breakfast many hours after waking up dating back to childhood where we had to be up very, very early in the morning to do horse-related work first thing in the morning. So, it would typically be about 3-4 hours later before even having breakfast. I love looking at the breakfast suggestions here & just love the ideas for non-traditional breakfast but the servings sizes are way too much for me. I would need to have some ideas on how to entice my body to want to have breakfast without waiting for a number of hours after waking up. Thank you.
  6. I am allergic to egg whites (by themselves) so I can't eat the whites of fried eggs or hardboiled eggs, I am able to eat just the yolks. I don't have them often, only when I have a craving for egg yolks. If they are fried (with jammy/runny egg yolks), I have to peel all of the egg whites off of the yolks before eating them & do the same thing with hardboiled eggs. By the way, people that are allergic to egg whites are typically allergic to penicillin and other pharmaceuticals that use egg whites in the base for that pharmaceutical. So my question is....how do I factor just egg yolks in with my meal planning? Thank you.
