I’ve suffered from vestibular migraines for 5+ years. When I’m symptomatic I have lots of dizziness, sensitivity to light and sound, numbness and tingling down the right side of my body. An episode can last months and I can be symptom-free for months as well. I am starting to think that I am triggered around day 5-7 of a whole30 round. Just wondering if anyone else suffers from vestibular migraines and how your symptoms get better or worsen while on-round. Thanks!
