My husband and I are on day 8 and things are going pretty good. But…. I am worried about his arthritis pains. About day 3 or 4 his knees started hurting really bad and every day since then he has been in pain. Yesterday his hands and feet started cramping up randomly and it’s fairly painful. He takes arthritis medication and that isn’t helping right now. Has anyone else had this issue? What did you do to ease the pain? Will this get better sticking with the whole 30 plan?
