  1. Day 1 B- 1 chicken W30 compliant sausage, 1 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup kimchi, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1 tbsp sliverd almond and pumpkin seeds. L- 3 ounces chicken, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup pea pods D- 4 oz Salmon, salad w/ carrot and cucumber, oil vinaigrette dressing, 1 cup broccoli,
  2. Hi everyone, I am excited to start my journey Day 1 starts tomorrow...here we go.
