I'm starting again January 4, 2020. I successfully completed the 30 days back in April 2013, but gained a few pounds since then. Then I experienced a traumatic event that caused me to gain lots of weight due to medication, anxiety and other scary stuff. Time to get on track. This may not be the right time, but I can't stand being out of breath, and if it means I have to do a bunch of start overs, then so be it.
I am a vegetarian, so I'll be looking for help, as last time I did this I was eating the same foods over and over again, making it tedious as well as uninteresting. So if you can direct me to the best forum, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll be spending the next few days, emptying my cupboards, making some menus and printing up all the sheets.
