    Day 2 minor headache. 7:30 bacon n frittata Some almonds Ground turkey and peppers Pork chop roasted butternut squash Strawberry in a little coconut milk

  3. Hi - I am on day 2 of Whole30. I made a Fritta so I have it each morning, but I am an occasional egg eater so it is already hard on day two to have eggs. I added some nitrate free bacon as a side to make it more interesting. I am also not that excited about the meat etc for breakfast. I have for the past few weeks before I started this having smoothies with fresh fruit, protien powder, spinach etc. but I know that is not allowed so need some ideas please Can I have coconut milk and berries as a breakfast? With a side of bacon?

    Day 1. Not too bad. 730 egg frittata with zucchini and mushrooms 930. Small orange. Fight off my allergies 1230 ground turkey with peppers and onions. Avocado 630 pork chops with roasted butternut squash. Stomach cramped a little but feel ok

    Hi. I am starting tomorrow as well. I made a frittata for breakfast, ground turkey with a ton of veggies for lunch and pork chops for dinner. Hoping to feel great in 30 days
