Does anyone have a great chilli recipie that is w30 approved?

I love watching the chickens. they are so comical. I am very blessed. My dh loves to work in the garden. So soon we will have fresh veggies from the garden if this cold weather doesn't kill my plants. I am raising out some broilers for my freezer. and I have a neighbor whom gives me grass fed beef that he raises so i have nothing to complain about.

thanks slw600. I found the recipie and tried it. I am loving the taste and hoping when the family comes in from working on chicken pen that they will love it.It is so cold here. It is crazy for it to be May here in arkansas and being in the 40's. I have never seen it happen. THanks again

    Paleo Bread??

to me if you weigh yourself everyday you get discouraged when you see your self gain a pound or more back. Your weigh is an up and down roller coaster. So I believe that the program is right in asking you to leave it alone for 30 days. I have been discouraged with my scale before. I am very thankful for this program. I agree we are all adults and anyone can do anything for 30 days if they put their minds to it.

    Honey?

Thanks slw600 I was hoping someone would say it is ok. I love my salmon patties and i use flaxseed to hold them together while cooking. it works great.

    Honey?

the reason for flaxseed question is that if it is milled it is a great substitute for bread crumbs

    Alternatives to sweet potato?

I have tried these Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Bites...they are awsome. Just wanted to make sure they are w30 compliant. I will be starting come Monday and I am trying to get my meal plan all lined out. I can see an addiction forming here. lol.. my husband loves them and he does not like sweet potatoes. Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Bites Bacon. That is all. Really, does anything more need to be said? Seems like everything just tastes better wrapped in bacon...dates, jalapenos, asparagus, scallops, filet Mignon...I've tried them all, why not sweet potatoes? This lovely little bit of heaven did not disappoint! Great as an appetizer, side dish or even a light meal with a salad! Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potatoes 1 Large sweet potato, peeled 4-6 slices sugar-free bacon olive oil chili powder toothpicks Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Cut the sweet potato into 1" chunks. Slice the bacon in half crosswise and then lengthwise to yield 16-24 strips, use enough bacon to have one strip per sweet potato chunk.

    Honey?

I read that honey and maple syrup is out during the W30. For the reason that the companies sneak sugar in them. What if you know an individual that has beehives and can get me the raw honey with out anything added to it. Would that be ok? Just making sure before I start my W30 on the 15th. I appologize, if I am sounding stupid for asking this.
