Hello, I'm starting tomorrow. This will be my 2nd W30. My first one was a few years ago, I did really well but I failed to follow the reintroduction as recommended. Few months later, I was back to my old habits Since then I been struggling with weight loss and a lot inflammation. I have a few autoimmune illnesses and I also have some food sensitivities.
