The Sleepytime Celestial tea is compliant-- Ingredients:
Chamomile, spearmint, West Indian lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds.

I had a cup of Yogi Bedtime tea last night--the box was open & my Celestial box wasn't--I didn't look at the ingredients before brewing my cup. Anyways, I took a sip & it tasted horrible & sweet!!! I took a few sips & threw it out. I googled the ingredients today & sure enough, Stevia is in it!!!

Meg Hamilton got a reaction from malie in Jicama
I made the jicama potato salad a few days ago from Well Fed. it was very good, I left out the bacon since I hadn't received my order from US Wellness Meats yet. Anyway, when she says to chop the jicama in 1/2 inch pieces, you need to do it!! I had a hard time cutting up my raw jicama & could only manage 1 inch cubes. When mixed with the other salad ingredients, it really would've been better with smaller jicama pieces. But after cutting it again, it was very tasty!!

I'm on the same schedule as you--up at 5-5:15 and out the door at 7am. I would definitely take a shower the night before so you don't have to waste time doing that in the morning. Set out your clothes for yourself & the child(ren) also. You could prep some veggies to throw together with some meat & eggs. Or just make the whole thing the night before & then microwave it in the morning.

Guys, it's SUMMER! EAT YOUR FRUIT while you can!

The goal of this program is NOT to suck all the enjoyment out of eating. It's just the opposite!

I make my own and it is totally the best science experiment ever. There is very little caffein left after the fermentation process. I forget the % but I am very sensitive to caffein (can't have it after 2pm or I can't sleep) and I can drink booch right before bedtime.

I'm in North Carolina, so I'm glad I don't have that problem!!! I ordered my Scoby from Kombucha Kamp. They have good customer service so far and a pretty active FB group where the owners help customers with their booch. I hope you can get your heat problem sorted out, but it would pay for itself, in the long long long run, right?
I am still trying to decide if I want to use black tea or green tea for my first batch.

If you are still hungry and are eating the recommended portion sizes, you need to up the fat and protein a bit until your body gets used to fewer carbs.

Meg Hamilton reacted to Tom Denham in I had a cup full of dried dates today. Did I fail?
Eating a cup of dates is unhealthy physically and emotionally. A single medjool date is 16 grams of sugar and 66 calories, so a cup of them would mean you ate around 1000 calories of sugar, maybe more. By eating so much sugar, you either overeat that day or you fail to eat as much as you need of the foods that actually nourish your body. Almonds and coconut butter are not as extreme as dates, but eating them regularly means you are probably not eating what your body actually needs. We can live like this for decades, but the consequences of failing to nourish our bodies properly eventually develop.
Bottom line: A happy sugar dragon is a murderous sugar dragon.

What? No! There are very few unpronounceable things on the back of food products that are NOT allowed.
Those are carrageenan, MSG, and sulfites. (I actually might be missing one, but I think that's all of them).
    Nitrates and nitrites are OKAY!!!
