here is my second batch - this picture was taken as soon as I bottled them.  Today, they are so much more vibrant in color, especially the cherry ones.

    I have watermelon-lemon, 2 watermelon-cherry, cherry, and lemon-ginger.  cant wait to drink!

Ok, action here again, love it.

Liz, good to know. I love using little doughnut peaches, best flavor so far. I suspect that booch is giving me a bit of a trouble (oh no no no please not be true), so I want to try yeast free fermented stuff. Looks like same process as with booch, but way shorter brewing time. This is a disadvantage, I like to forget about this for a week. I also really want coconut kefir. I bet you've done it too.

Jenna, I like to puree ot cut fruits, seems to release juices way better. Just saying.

Dried stuff works very good in my experience. I've tried prunes, cherries, turkish apricots and raisins.

Coconut. I've added coconut water to booch, nothing exciting. I've added young coconut flesh - beeeh. Coconut extract - YAY. So is almond extract.

Sophie, white tea and fresh mango are meant to be together. My couple mango trials failed before, but this time!!!! Oh my. Strawberry is my favorite for all the times and a staple flavor. So comforting. Especially with mint.

Pineapple didn't translate at all, again it might have been just too strong of a plain booch to start with.

    Derval, getting Ireland hooked haha!

brought my kombucha into work today, in an old marina jar.    Co-workers thought it was sangria, or wine, or some type of nasty drink.  Didnt believe me when I said tea.

I think all the information provided so far has been helpful. I have taken all other questions to Pinterest, Google, and Youtube. . I ordered a scoby kit from Etsy and will start my process next week.
PS where is a cheap place to get glass bottles/jars from? I plan on hitting up the thrift store and have already asked my parents to put theirs to the side.
PPS what if my scoby is too big to fit into my jar? Can i cut it?

Ok so after reading this thread today I bought a bottle of GT ginger. Of course now I want to make my own. Where do I start? Do I save some of this tea and buy a scoby online? Help please?
