Did a grocery run yesterday and it feels good to have some staples in the house. First two meals of the day were relatively healthy, at this point in my transition incorporating veggies is HUGE step. I'm a little anxious about beginning this way, but know the power of showing up each day in other activities and the momentum it can create helps. I'm willing to be willing. Even though I know this isn't actually part of a Whole30, it feels good to be here with an awareness of where I am instead of in complete denial.
